Salsa Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup TACO BELLĀ® HOME ORIGINALSĀ® Thick ‘N Chunky Salsa
  • 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

COMBINE water and salsa in medium saucepan. Bring to boil over medium-high heat.
STIR in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. or until all of the liquid is absorbed.
ADD cheese; mix lightly.

Total Time: 15 min
Makes: 4 servings, 3/4 cup each

Mix it up:

For added color and flavor, sprinkle with chopped cilantro just before serving.
